Islamic center management software for the masjid, the school and the fundraiser.

Ummah runs the masjid, the weekend school, the programs, the fundraising and the events of an Islamic center from one portal, with one free app for the families you serve. Free to start, and every department works from the same member list.

30,000+ Muslims and 3,000+ communities on Ummah

An Islamic center is five organizations sharing one building.

The masjid runs prayer times and Jumu'ah. The weekend school runs enrollment, fees and a register. The programs committee runs a Quran class, a youth night and a six-week series. The fundraising committee runs Ramadan. The events team runs Eid. Each has its own volunteer, its own spreadsheet and its own WhatsApp group, and the same family is in all five, typed in five times.

Nobody sees the whole family. The school does not know the father gave in Ramadan. The fundraiser does not know the mother teaches on Sunday. The board hears five reports that do not add up to one center.

Ummah puts every department on one member list, with programs, events, donations, prayer times and staff roles in one portal. It is free to start, and the center's public page and adhan times are live the day it signs up.

Weekend school and programs

Every class, with its own roster.

Programs sit alongside events: a weekend school term, a hifz class, a new Muslims course. Each has its sessions, its price, its refund policy and its own roster, so the teacher sees the class and the parent registers once.

  • A program with sessions, a price and a refund policy in one form
  • Families register once for the term, not week by week
  • Roster, attendance and messaging per program
  • Free programs carry no platform fee
Classes and courses run alongside events, with their own enrollment.
Registrations, waitlist and QR check-in from one tab.
Events and check-in

From the Eid festival to the Tuesday halaqa.

The same event tool runs the fundraising dinner and the weekly halaqa. Registration, the waitlist and check-in live on one tab, and the door is a phone camera, not a clipboard.

  • Registrations, waitlist and check-in from one tab
  • A QR ticket in every registration email, scanned from any phone at the door, on every plan
  • Sponsors, vendors, volunteers, multi-session schedules and prayer times, switchable per event
  • Free events carry no platform fee; paid tickets carry 3% on Free, 1.5% on Basic and 0% on Advanced
One member list

One list for the whole center. A tag for each part of it.

A family that enrolls in the school, registers for Eid and gives in Ramadan is one record, not three. Tags mark which parts of the center each person touches, and an announcement goes to a tag, not to everyone.

  • Tag people by school, program, committee or campaign, and filter the directory by tag
  • Announce to a tag: school parents get the snow-day notice, nobody else does
  • Attendees, participants and donors become members automatically
  • One profile per person: activity, giving, tags and contact
The directory filtered by the Volunteer tag, ready to email or announce.
Built-in roles plus your own, with permissions down to the checkbox.
Staff and departments

The school principal does not need the treasurer's view.

Several departments means several admins. Give each staff member a role, built-in or your own, and every action they take is logged, so when a volunteer moves on the record stays and the handover is a login, not a memory.

  • Built-in roles, plus roles you define for your own departments
  • Give each staff member a role and see who is active
  • Every staff action is logged in an audit log
  • Staff accounts, roles and the audit log are part of the Advanced plan

Questions

It is the same portal, carrying more jobs. An Islamic center usually runs a weekend school and several programs on top of the masjid, so this page leans on programs, tags and staff roles. If your center is mainly prayer times, Jumu'ah and events, the masjid management software page is the shorter read.
Yes, and that is the point. A family enrolled in the school, registered for Eid and giving in Ramadan is one record with a tag for each. The school sends to its tag, the fundraiser sends to donors, and the board sees one center instead of five lists.
Free is $0 a month with a 3% platform fee on paid tickets, and free events carry no fee. Basic is $19 a month at 1.5% and adds programs and classes, a website we design and build, analytics, the marketplace, advanced widgets and announcements. Advanced is $75 a month at 0% platform fee on Advanced, and adds donation management, the kiosk app, event automation, a dedicated account manager, full data migration and API access. Payment processing is charged separately by the processor.
Yes. Staff accounts carry a role each, from the built-in set or one you define, and the audit log records every staff action. A school coordinator, a treasurer and an events lead each see their own job. Staff roles and the audit log are on the Advanced plan.
No. Enrollment, event registration, payment and announcements all work from the web. The Ummah app is free on iOS and Android and adds push notifications, tickets in one place, and every community a family belongs to under one login, which for many families means the center, the masjid and the MSA.
Yes. A program carries a price and a refund policy, and families pay at registration through the same checkout as event tickets, into the payment account you connect. Free programs carry no platform fee. Paid enrollment follows your plan's platform fee: 3% on Free, 1.5% on Basic and 0% on Advanced.
