Masjid programs software for the classes that run every week.
Weekend Quran school, adult Arabic, a youth halaqa: each one a program with its own schedule, capacity, pricing, roster and attendance in the Community Portal. Free to start, and Programs come with Basic at $19/mo.
The weekend school runs on a Google Form, an envelope and one volunteer's phone.
Registration is a form somebody built two years ago. Fees are cash in an envelope or a transfer to a personal account. Attendance is a printed sheet, when there is one. Parent messages go to a WhatsApp group that half the parents muted after the first week.
It works until the volunteer who holds it together moves, and then the roster, the payment history and the parents' numbers leave with them. The next person starts from nothing, in the same week the term starts.
Programs on Ummah put the class, its sessions, its pricing, its roster and its messages in one place that belongs to the masjid. It is live in the Community Portal today. Ummah is free to start, and Programs come with Basic at $19/mo.
Every class, with its schedule and how full it is.
The Program Directory lists your active, draft, past and archived programs with their category, schedule and enrollment against capacity. Arabic for Adults on Tuesday evenings, a twelve-session Seerah circle, a weekend Quran school with 180 places: one page, one glance.
- Active, draft, past and archived programs, filtered by category
- Schedule and enrollment against capacity on every card, with spots left
- Active programs and total enrollment counted at the top
- Duplicate a program to set up next term in a minute

A class with a price, a member price and a refund policy.
One form: name, cover, type, category, dates and times, capacity, location and room. Then pricing, with a lower price for members and a refund policy the parents can read before they pay.
- Single-session or multi-session, with a category like Quran, Arabic, Youth or Family
- Capacity, so a class of 25 stops at 25
- One-time pricing with a member price
- A refund policy stated on the program, so nobody argues in week three
Roster, attendance and messages, per program.
Each program has its own tabs: Details, Sessions, Pricing, Registration form, Roster, Registrations, Attendance, Analytics and Messages. The teacher opens the class, sees who is enrolled, marks who came, and messages the families, without leaving that page.
- A registration form you design, per program
- Roster and registrations in one place, with enrollment against capacity in the header
- An Attendance tab per program, so you know who actually came
- Messages to the enrolled families from the program itself

Reach the weekend school parents, and only them.
Program participants are added to your member directory automatically, and members carry tags like Weekend School Parent. When there is a closure or a schedule change, announce to that tag and the message reaches the right families.
- Program participants become members automatically
- A Weekend School Parent tag on the member record
- Announce to the tag; the count shows before you send
- Email and Text buttons on each parent's record for the one-to-one
