The questions every community leader asks first.
Pricing, onboarding, fees, and how Ummah replaces the four vendors you're using today.
Ummah is the all-in-one community platform for Muslim communities. It replaces WhatsApp groups, Eventbrite, Givelify, and spreadsheets with one platform for events, donations, member management, and community engagement. Used by 30,000+ Muslims across 3,000+ communities.
Free to start. Paid plans are $29/month (Basic) and $199/month (Advanced, 0% platform fee). Custom plans available for large masajid, conferences, and networks. See /pricing/ for the full breakdown and a live fee calculator.
Free plan: 3% on events. Basic: 1.5% on events. Advanced: 0% on events and donations. Compare against Eventbrite (6.6% + $1.79/ticket), Luma (~5%), Givelify (2.9% + $0.30/transaction).
Live in 14 days, not 14 weeks. The first 4 days set up branding and admin training. Days 5–9 cover soft launch and early registrations. Days 9–14 run a full sunrise with live analytics. You can technically be live the same day — the 14-day program is guided onboarding.
Masajid, MSAs, Muslim non-profits, Islamic institutes, Muslim-owned businesses, and Muslim conferences. Each gets a tailored experience — see Solutions.

On a $1,000 event, Eventbrite takes ~$155 in fees, Luma ~$80, Givelify ~$30. Ummah Advanced takes $0. Plus we are designed for Muslim communities specifically — Islamic calendar, prayer times, zakat categories — so you don't bend a generic platform to your needs. Try the calculator on /pricing/.
