On paid event tickets: 3% on Free, 1.5% on Basic and 0% on Advanced, added at checkout and paid by the attendee, so you receive the full ticket price. We take no platform fee on donations, which run on Advanced. Compare against Eventbrite (a 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket service fee, paid by the buyer by default), Luma (~5%), TicketTailor ($0.85/ticket flat), Givelify (2.9% + $0.30/transaction), and Zeffy (0% platform but Stripe still applies).

Live in 14 days, not 14 weeks. The first 4 days set up branding and admin training. Days 5 to 9 cover soft launch and early registrations. Days 9 to 14 run a full launch with live analytics. You can be live the same day if you want to, because the 14-day program is guided onboarding rather than a waiting period. It is included on Basic and Advanced.

Yes. Members can register for events, browse community pages, and donate from any browser, no app required. The mobile app adds prayer times, push notifications, and Discover Nearby for local masjid discovery.

Yes. Ummah's donation widgets and event embeds drop into any website. Most masajid run Ummah alongside their existing WordPress page rather than replatforming.

No. The Free plan is genuinely free, start your community at community.theummah.io with no card. You only add billing when you upgrade.

Free and Basic are month-to-month with no contract and no minimum, so you can move between them any time from the Community Portal. Advanced runs on a twelve-month term and comes with a written agreement setting out what is included, what it costs, and how it renews. You can upgrade into it whenever you are ready, and if you are on Basic and move up, talk to us about crediting what you have paid.

No, there is never a setup fee. The 14-day guided onboarding program is included on Basic and Advanced at no additional cost. On Free you set yourself up, and most organizations have their feed, events, and prayer times live in an afternoon.

Card for your own subscription. For money coming in from your community, ticket and donation payments run through a payment account you connect to your organization, so funds land with you and not with us. On Advanced, the Ummah Kiosk takes tap-to-pay donations on a tablet you already own.

Eventbrite’s service fee is 3.7% plus $1.79 a ticket. Ours is 3% on Free, 1.5% on Basic and 0% on Advanced, with no per-ticket charge. On donations we take no platform fee. Card processing is extra on every platform, ours included.
