Know who actually showed up.

RSVPs are a guess. Attendance is a fact. Scan tickets at the door, track turnout per event, and tie every attendee back to your member directory instead of a clipboard nobody types up afterwards.

QR tickets

Every registration emails a scannable ticket.

When someone registers, their confirmation email carries a QR code. No app download, no account, no printed list. They show the email at the door and walk in.

  • QR code embedded in the registration email automatically
  • Works from the phone screen, nothing to print
  • Each code scans once, repeat scans flag as already used
  • Free events get the same tickets as paid ones
Registrations, waitlist and check-in from one tab.
Everything about one event on one management page.
At the door

One volunteer, one phone, no queue.

Open the event in the portal, point a camera at the code, done. Walk-ups get added on the spot, so the person who heard about Eid prayer from a friend still ends up in your directory.

  • Scan from any phone or tablet browser, no special hardware
  • Walk-up registration captures name and email at the door
  • Duplicate-scan detection for paid events
  • Live count as people arrive, visible to whoever is running the event
After the event

Turnout data your next event can actually use.

Registered versus checked-in is the gap most communities never measure. Ummah keeps both, per event and per person, so you can follow up with no-shows and plan capacity on what happened rather than what people said they would do.

  • Registered vs attended, per event
  • Attendance history per member, built up over every program
  • Spot the regulars who are ready to be asked to volunteer
  • Export the attendee list any time, it is your data
The member directory: membership, tags, reachability and joined date for every member.

Check-in and attendance FAQs

No. Any phone or tablet with a camera works, the scanner runs in the browser. If you want a permanent station at the entrance, the Ummah Kiosk is being built for that.
Add them at the door. Walk-up registration takes a name and email and puts them straight into your directory, so a first-time attendee is not lost after the event.
No. Each ticket scans once, and a second attempt flags as already used. That is what stops one screenshot being passed around a WhatsApp group for a paid event.
No. Registration, QR tickets and check-in are on every plan including Free. A platform fee only applies to paid ticket sales, at 3% on Free, 1.5% on Basic, and 0% on Advanced, and it is added at checkout for the attendee.
Yes, and it is usually the more useful number. The attendee list separates registered from checked-in, so you can follow up with no-shows and size the next event on real turnout rather than RSVPs.
Yes. Free events get the same QR tickets and check-in. For a weekly halaqa the attendance history builds a picture of who is actually consistent, which is what volunteer and leadership pipelines are built from.
